Postural Assessment / Exercise Session

We discuss your health history, activities, fitness level and physical concerns, followed by a visual postural assessment. During this assessment, we chart deviations in your posture and determine structural imbalances. This assessment is used to design a personalized corrective exercise program. These bio-mechanics and physics based exercises can relieve pain and help you move more efficiently as it re-aligns the structure of your body.

Bowenwork

Bowenwork is a very gentle bodywork appropriate for everyone - infants to the elderly, professional athletes to computer addicts. The specific movements affect the brain and nervous system which initiates a healing response on the structural level.

Essential Oils Treatment

Essential Oils applied with gentle, relaxing massage strokes to the back, followed by a hot towel compress, allowing further relaxation and absorption of oils by the body.Nature

  • The Physical Aromatic Touch uses seven oils which each benefit a dirrerent system of the body; Cairo Care, Birch, Helichrysum, Marjoram, Lemongrass, Cypress and Geranium are used.

  • The Emotional Aromatic Touch is a total balancing of the body using specific oils, massage strokes and beautifully composed music that are all designed to match the vibrational frequency of each of the seven chakras. Oils and blends used are Quiescent, Geranium, E-Motion, Charity, Lavender, I-Vision and Gratitude. This treatment will leave you grounded and profoundly relaxed.

Massage Therapy

Eliminate stress with a massage customized to your needs. Session times vary. Our Massage Therapist has over 9 years experience in clinical, sports, and spa environments and works hard to give the best massage for each client. Generally based on Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage with Eastern influences. Specific questions, concerns and preferences are welcome.
